Driveline Noise @ Highway Speed, help!
Next issue that I am working on is a noise and vibration that my 2000 Disco II(185k) produces when making sweeping left hand turns @ highway speeds (65-75 mph). The noise and vibration is similar to driving over the rumble strips on the highway, but not as severe. This only happens when turning left. Nothing when vehicle is moving in a straight line or turning to the right. Any suggestions? The noise and vibration seem to be coming from the right front. The vehicle has ACE.

Hey Mike,
Thanks for the quick reply. Just curious why you think that the problem is the left CV joint. The noise seems to be coming from the right front. I checked the left front suspension and the CV boot is wet, not sure if it is torn or if the axel seal is bad. Any chance that the noise could be a faulty wheel bearing? What should I look for when doing my tear down? Thanks again!
