driver window won't work

driver window won't work
Just got a 97 Discovery and the driver window suddenly stopped working with no warning. Checked the switch, it's not defective but isn't getting power. could it be a relay or the "window lift ecu"? kind of a problem since it's stuck down. any help would be appreciated.
