My 02 window goes down too far and then makes loud clicking noises (the motor still running but too far down) and then in order to stop it you have to hit the window up switch. The window then doesn’t want to come back up but if you hit the down switch again and then hit the up it comes up like there’s no problem. I disassembled the door and noticed some metal bolts kind of dangling and will attach a photo. Also wondering if there’s supposed to be a stopper here?

I would remove the track and check that all of the white plastic wheels are in good shape.
They are know to break, and can cause the window to bind or jam.
