Default Dropping fuel tank for chassis repair: hoses?

Ok guys, the old man needs some help.
most of you know I have to replace the rear quarter chassis on my 2000 NAS, Gasoline Disco2 SD.

well we got started on it yesterday; and today I ran into a minor issue.

after disconnecting fuel line, electrical line and ODB2 vacuum connection, there is a 5/16” - 1/4” rubber hose leading from the fuel pump, Is there an electrical connection leading through that hose, or is is just a pressure line?

in either case...

IF it is a hose; I can just separate it at the joint next to the filler neck...right?

IF it is NOT just a hose, where can I disconnect it?

i have watched numerous videos, almost all deal with the TD5, only one is gasoline and it didn’t have the ODB2 module.

I’m stuck until someone can give me an answer.

thanks

Doc

HI try reading up on the Fuel delivery system V8, pages 19-2-4 to 19-2-6, in the RAVE manual, it shows the pipe can be removed by pushing the snap clip on the sides

we aren’t talking about the same component; regardless I took the “chance” and pulled the hose apart; it was just a vacuum line.
