Default ECU Or Relay? Help ?

Ok so I have an 03 Disco 2. The other morning my wife tried to start it and it went ruhhhhh ruhhhh click. So dead battery was the culprit? Kind of, put in a new one (old WAS dead) Now turn key to acc. all bells and whistles come on, click to ignition mode or wth ever , and nothing? All bells whistles etc etc EXCEPT oil light and battery light die.Battery light and oil light stay on. Done the SRS airbag thing. Tapping on starter done. All cables etc etc every other possible idiotic thing thats free to do , I have done. The reason I am thinking ECU is I can hear a very loud click on pass. side firewall area ish. SO now I am officially stuck.Ideas anyone? How could I test the relays ? The black box type ones? Also my secondary fan fuse was blown as well. 40 amp. Not sure if that matters or not but I switched it out as well.

You might want to get a shop manual or a free copy of the rave cd so you can see how to test for your issues.
Are you even sure the replacement battery is good and fully charged?

Oil light stays on because it should, engine not running.
Battery light stays on, engine not turning alternator.

Old battery died, and if this took place after the slow starting time, and the doors were locked, then you could be immobilized. Is the red light on for the alarm on the dash?

Might try lock/unlock 5 times in a row with key fob, etc.
