96 discovery series 1, gas, automatic- when my lights are turned all the way on the dash lights dont light up, but when parking lights are on dash lights all light up, when headlights are fully on and i rotate the headlight switch a little bit back they click on, is this normal, also my two break lights are out but my overhead 3rd light works, are these problems related, i think it may be a headlight switch from reading an earlier forum from someone with similar problems, thanks for any help

Yeah it's your head light switch I went through this last year. I have a good used one for sale withe the wiper switch and colum mount. $50.00
