Default Electrics completely dead

I had a diesel leak, jacked the car up and realised it was the green diesel feed pipe, I lowered the fuel tank enough to remove the pipe (about an inch) and feed in the replacement, the vehicle turned over normally before I started but after replacing the pipe and the diesel filter the ignition is dead!!

The only electrical connection I removed was the sensor at the bottom of the diesel filter which was refitted to the new filter.

Is there an earth strap in this area? When I lie under the car and look up to where the 4 fuel pipes run over the top of the fuel tank there is an electrical connector not connected to anything it has 2 wires black and white but I didn't disconnect it, is there any other electrics/earth’s that could be damaged when the fuel tank and retaining bracket went back up?
At the moment I have no dash lights no remote locking no power to anything .... electrically it’s dead!
