Default Emergeny Brake light blinks

What would cause the emergency brake light on the dash to come on while driving? Sometimes it blinks, sometimes it stays on, and sometimes it blinks then stays on. I have found nothing consistent about the timing of its appearance. I'm thinking there is something to adjust. Is this correct?

Yes, it is a little low. I wouldn't have thought to check that. Thank you.

The reason the fluid is low is you need brakes so don't worry too much about the level for now, get your brakes inspected and replaced then have a full 3 pint DOT 4 brake flush done.

I put new brakes on 2k ago. I'm sure I don't need brakes. I just noticed a leak from the rear of the mastercylinder where it attaches to the booster. And yes Panzer...that brake would not help much in an emergency.lol. Guess I'll look at new mastercylinders. Or... are there rebuild kits out there?
