Happened to me and a new O2 sensor solved the problem. I had P0302, P0306 and P0308. Like in your truck all one side.

The only thing that affects only one bank is the O2. I had no typical O2 sensor codes. Installed a new O2 and all was good. If you want to test the theory try swapping the O2s side to side and see if the misfires move to the even-numbered bank. Good luck.
that's interesting. I'll definitely be looking into that. Was your engine starting and staying on? Or would it die almost immediately?

So I had a friend come over and he helped me talk the problem through. Then we started to find the problem. Turns out it is definitely the IACV. When we pulled the hose and started the engine it stayed on. When we plugged the hose back in it suffocated and died. Nothing stuck in the hose but while it was unplugged we watched the IACV struggle to open more than a few mm. So I'm pulling it and cleaning it. Hopefully I won't need to buy a new one. Thanks for the help guys!

Alright guys there is something causing these codes to just jump around. I ended up figuring out that the misfires were caused by the engine not getting enough air. I pulled the intake hose from the IACV and boom it started and stayed on. The idle was rough though. I pulled it and thoroughly cleaned it with brake cleaner. Let it dry for a few days and put it back on. While I was torquing it to 8Nm the bolt sheared off so now ill have to deal with that. But that's not really the problem, now the engine is still a rough idle and is giving me five codes:

p1884 CAN Message MD_IND invalid (flag F_TL_MES)
p1884 CAN Message PHOEHE invalid (FFh)
Permanent Voltage supply fualt
p1551 Idle air control valve fault (closing)
p1510 Idle air control valve fault (opening)
p0102 Mass air flow sensor fault

There isn't actually a code for the voltage fault it just lists it in the ECU as a DTC on my reader. What i don't understand is that i just replaced the MAFs. I am thinking that it is just a symptom of the IACV or something. the IACV wasn't saying it had a problem before i cleaned it so is it possible i somehow damaged it with brake cleaner? Lastly, what am i to do about the CAN faults? they dont even come up in the RAVE so im at a bit of a loss. I was able to keep the inlet hose off the IACV and drive around the block a few times. It definitely hesitated at starts and would lose power if i gave too much gas, but i'm assuming that's because the hose was unplugged.
