Default Emissions Question

I recently tried to get my Disco II emission here in AZ. I was told that it had failed due to my SERVICE ENGINE SOON Light not illuminating when the car was turned on. Any ideas as to why it may not have illuminated? Maybe bad fuse/bulb?

looking for any help/suggestions,

thanks!

blocked out light, bulb bad, wires pulled. Best way to know is to pull the cluster and have a look.

Make sure the key is off (and probably battery disconnected too) you don't want to run the risk of the mileage getting out of sync while the cluster is disconnected. Absolutely don't try to drive it with the cluster removed.

Hang on, let's not get too rad too quickly.

How long have you owned the truck. Did it pass inspection last year?

Default Troubleshooting - Others Out?

Looks like pwr for SES light comes from fuse 27 in pass panel. Any other lights out? Some noticeable others on same fuse are brake, alt oil press. Referred to Eng Mgt on diagram.
