Engine Codes

inserted from prev post:
I was sitting in my '03 Rover about 44K miles at a stoplight with the AC running and felt the engine being a little more active than normal.
My RPM's stay consistant but it almost feels like I'm running rich. It kind of sounds like my RPM's are jumping a bit but they don't. It's a bit louder with the AC's running but you can still hear it when the AC's off. You can also feel it slightly in the brake pedal. One more thing, my Check Engine Light just came on. And I feel it more when it's in gear. If I'm in park and neutral you can hardly feel it. But once in drive or reverse or with the AC on it's more noticable.
AND HERE ARE MY CODES:
P 0300
P 0301 -pulling twice
P 0306 -also pulling twice
P 1300
P 0441
What should I do next. Plugs and wires or flush and see what happens?
Do I run the risk of damage if I can't get it fixed until this weekend?
-Thanks
