Default Engine cut out! Help!!

I have a 96 discovery 103k and i have cut out or flat spot issues. I have just replaced plugs and wires to correct the issue but it is still occuring. It seems to happen going up a hill under load. Just seems like power loss. She still makes it up the hill but wont gain speed. when i press the gas down stays the same. I have also been having problems at restart after short stops 5-10 min when engine is still hot. may take a couple times to start then rough idle sputter like flooded or somthing. I have been told mabe they are related? Any help would be great. Thanks!!!

Use lots of penetrating fluid to break the fittings loose.
