Default Engine or Head

Hey all,

2000 Disco II w/130k miles - bought cheap

Water in oil - milkshake
Overheats
Water in 7 cylinders when turning over
1 cylinder "shiny clean" as if just "burning water"
White smoke - of course
No oil in water

Is there any solution besides just replace the engine?

If so, will a 1996 Disco I engine "drop in"?

Thanks in advance

Could be just some very bad head gaskets. Chances of 7 liners being cracked is slim.
Only real thing you can try to do is pull the heads and then pressure test the block.

quite possibly just head gaskets as mentioned #1 & 7 are right next to water jackets.
