Hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween.

I have also just cleaned the throttle body and Mass Flow.

Just a heads up. These particular Bosch MAFs do not react well to cleaning. If you start getting MAF codes in a month or so don't be surprised.

What type of cleaning are you referencing such as spraying and let soak for 10 minutes or just spraying while the engine runs?

Before you do anything else on your truck, check with us first, cleaning that MAF will cost you $230 in a very short while. Our Bosch MAF don't take to being cleaned.

As long as you keep the PCV clean the head gaskets should last forever.
Sounds like you need a tune up.

Not sure why you are worrying about headgaskets if you are having cold start issues. Sounds like you truck needs some major help, go look at my sticky at the top of this section on major services and consider doing it all, you can not afford to neglect your truck, it will just cost your more in the long run.
If you have any questions on this, PM me your number and I'll walk you thru what to do.
