Default Engine sputtering?

Well, I recently turned the land Rover on this morning, and immediately the engine begins to sputter and die. It sounds very awkward, almost as if the car is struggling. The last gas I had put in the car was from a Shell station, could this have anything to do with it? I am thinking its possibly the fuel pump, but I am not quite sure.

The car has been acting very strange lately, if anyone could possibly point out what it is, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What year is the truck, what is it's mileage, do you have a check engine light on?

So have you gone and had the codes read? Go by your lock auto parts store, they usually do it for free. Get back to us with the exact fault code numbers.
