Default Engine stumble

When stopped the engine will stumble for a moment and may not do it again for a while. The truck has 93,000 LR shop pampered miles on her. We had the codes read and nothing came up. The tech suggested Seafoam to help clear a bad gas issue.
The truck gets decarboned or at least they pour something in the tank at each oil change per the receipts from LR.

Any thoughts? Do you agree with a gas issue or is there some other known issue that might be simple to resolve. I'd like to save the $ if it's something rather simple.

Thanks.

No check engine light, when was it last tuned and were the wires replaced, what octane gas are you using and has it ever had an induction cleaning to really clean out the engine, ever clean out the t/body and the idle control?
By the way, what year is it?

Sorry for the delay in response. Since posting the truck will not start and has been towed to the dealer.
Maybe it was a fuel issue. We'll find out soon.

Thanks for the advise about the extended warranty a couple of years ago. It's paying off right to the end

You can buy a crank sensor from an auto parts store in the high $60 range.
