04 D2 98k miles, swapping out original engine with an SAI Turner 4.6 longblock.

I've removed the engine along with the y pipe and front driveshaft in hopes of installing the engine as completely as possible.


Question #1- how complete can the engine assembly be? Can I have exhaust manifolds installed? Upper intake?

Question #2- when installing front cover, lower intake manifold, etc., what's the best order for putting this thing back together? I have new front cover, water pump, sensors, etc.

Any help/suggestions that would make this a bit easier are greatly appreciated.
