I had noticed a ticking sound about a month ago and thought I had an exhaust leak. Closer inspection revealed pressure coming out between the block and head at the #6 cylinder. Here is a picture of the culprit.

Probably a silly question but I have what sounds like an exhaust leak as well...how did you see the gasket leak?

I started the truck and put my hand to the side of the block to see if I could feel any pressure escaping.
