Default Exhaust leak

Looks like my exhaust is leaking from the passenger side flange on the manifold side.
now the 3 studs that are there, I have two studs and one bolt there. And they are rusted in bad. The bolt feels soft like it will just sheer off.
such a tight area so how to heat up and remove them ??
or am I better off taking to a muffler shop and have them do it?
before I break something and be stranded as this is our everyday driver

They will break off. Everytime I did it, I took the manifold off, drilled out the stud and reinstalled new ones.
