Exhaust Leak
As many of you know, I've been trying to chase down an 1177 code and fix the problem for some time, as well as a hot starting problem.
I have discovered an exhaust leak on the driver's side (USA) behind the wheel (I wondered why the motor seemed loud).
When I fix this problem, does anyone think that these issues will go away and I can finally get my Disco I emission tested? I'm at wit's end.

(sigh)
Now that it's daylight, I went under the Disco to take a good look at this leak. Seems the PO had this problem before and tried to fix the issue by putting JB Weld all over the flange...and now it's flaking off. Problem is, the JB Weld is smeared all over the nuts holding the flange together. I might be able to chip this stuff away with a screwdriver, but I don't know.
That being said.... Is this the right part??
