Default expansion tank cap question

Hello all-

I have a question about the new expansion cap that i put on recently- On the cap is printed the number "200" but I notice on every other cap on other websites the number is "140" Did they ship me the wrong cap? and if so, could this be partly to blame for me being unable to bleed my system properly due to different PSI loads?

Thanks as always!

Stock is 140. 200 came from a BMW reservoir. But that said higher cap should raise the boiling point. I have thought but that on my disco. I dont think it cause a bleeding problem, but I could be wrong.

I would not suggest you use that cap, buy a 140 to be safe.

The 140 kpa cap is 20 PSI.

The 200 kpa cap is 29 PSI.

kpa = kilopascals

The 29 PSI cap would risk head gasket, hose, and radiator damage when it should be venting
