JUKE179r recently did this thread: https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...ve-mod-101815/ and reminded me that I had never actually created a mod post on my SAI mod. I recently finished a new truck with this mod so thought I would take some pics and give folks a view of some alternative components for this mod. I use Home Depot 1" reinforced vinyl tubing with the Home Depot 3/4 blue polypropylene elbows and 1/2" CPVC Tee at the back. As Juke mentioned in his thread, this mod retains factory functionality and does not throw a code. The main benefit of the mod is easy maintenance access, easy to remove, easy to install compared to the factory stainless tubing due to the flexibility making coil and plug wire maintenance much easier.

 

I wonder if it would make any difference if it was run out of the engine bay under the windshield
