if I sold my truck. Even for $30k, what would i replace it with ?! Maybe I’m drinking too much of the disco2 kool-aid !

The only thing is the gas I been driving a lot and at $1.40-50 a litre for regular in Canada it does take a lot out of the wallet.

You need a TD5 if you want fuel economy. Maybe import an engine and ECU/wiring harness from England? I have seen some Cummins conversions.

i keep coming back to this. currently there is just nothing else out there that scratches the itch the way a D2 does.

It was an excellent deal for a low mile, fully optioned truck is mint condition. I think two things probably depressed the price a bit. One was the three sales within 6 months, probably gave some people pause as to why the two buyers sold it so quickly. The other of course is the holiday season, people are busy with other things and maybe not feeling particularly flush. I have not had any serious bites on the its twin with the fully rebuilt engine so it will likely go to BAT in Jan or Feb, we will see then how it goes.
