Default Ferodo brakes or no?

Time for a front end brake job on my 2004 D2...should I pay the premium for a Ferodo rotor and pad set or will this set do? -

Any noticeable difference, or would you guys recommend something different altogether?

Atlantic British is always a good way to go.
How many miles on your rotors?

76,000 on my Disco, bought it at 33,000, and haven't touched the brakes since I've had it (not sure if the guy before me touched them)...just had my 75,000 mile service done a couple of weeks back and if I remember right there were 2-3mm left in the front on the rotors.

...I'm a mechanical greenhorn, hence the name, and my father-in-law, formerly owned his own trucking business, is planning on helping me with the rotor and pad swap...I've seen it done before and know that it's a relatively easy thing to do, but I don't trust myself yet to do this type of thing by myself.

I would spend the extra $50 and get the better of the 2. Then again, I went with EBC's...
