OK, so this is also posted in the Discovery forum, but I am desperate.
I drove my 96 Disco around one day and the brakes worked fine, then the next day I had no brakes. I topped off the brake fluid and bleed the lines, but still no brakes. The pedal goes all the way to the floor with no hesitation. While driving I can pump the brakes and the pedal gets some tension, but when it comes time to stop the pedal goes straight to the floor. I can drive it up the road a little as long as I stop three times as far back as I would normaly. Somebody told me it is probably the brake booster. If some one could tell me if I am on the right path and just need to change out the booster, that would be great. However if there is another solution or something else I need to change then I really would like some feedback.
