Finally got the 180 TDI thermostat installed! Already notice a difference

thanks. makes me feel better. still paranoid. lmao

kinda curious that my temps seem to be higher than most.
TRIARII had good luck with his. i feel my paranoia would lessen if i had temps like yours and his is all.

Mine has actually hit 215.6 per the UG. That is at a stop idling. Regular city driving it stays at about 204. Highway it stays around 197-200.

Thanks Joker... makes me feel little better. Im wondering if there are other ways to get more airflow under the hood. Might help no?

Maybe..... For me I just dont want to see it go over 205. I have a small coolant leak right at the top of the thermostat currently. I will be replacing the thermostat with a 180 one. I will also do the coolant lines as well.
