Default Fine Leak Detected

My computer (autologic) pulls this exact reading off this 04 Disco II
leak detection module
- Fine leak detected

two things i assume that its refering to the OBDii sensor mounted on the top bracket of the fuel pump as the 'leak' detection module im not sure though.

the next is it might be that this is a question for autologic the computers manufacturer since i do not have a number with the code but i do not know the exact next step on diagnosing this problem. any and all help greatly appreciated

So it is a EVAP leak then.
Could be almost anywhere.
You will need to have it smoke tested.

i think it is pretty obvious its an evap leak. and its pretty straight forward how you find it. thanks for tryin or not tryin rather. let me re phrase the question and clear things up.

I'm curious about the leak detection module. there is no word for word "leak detection module" in any land rover shop manuals i have for either disco.what might my computer be referring too as the Leak Detection module? I have a suspicion its referring to a sensor mounted at the top of the fuel pump but i am not sure

also worth mentioning is "fine leak detected" is not a descriptioni have seen to many times. in addition to that my autologic computer also produces no code.
