Gents, noticed on my way to my inlaws, that when using my front left flasher, it would click at a beat twice as fast as usual???. It has done it on a few occasions before, but when I wanna to check it, it stopped doing it. What is it??? bad connection??? burned light or what. Still at my inlaws right now and it's pouring rain outside so I'll have to check later.....But wadaya think????

If it were doing it all the time it would be a burnt out light bulb. But becuase it is intermintent it is a loose bulb, hit a bump, loose, hit another bump, not loose.
Check the bulbs in the rear bumper, those light sockets go bad. They get lots of water and road grime/salt and it eats the bulb socket holder away. I replaced both of mine because of the same problem. $5 part at atlanticbritish.com. Not sure if they ship to you in Canada though.
5 min fix once you get the new part.

Checked on my way out since it had stopped raining, and it is the front left corner flasher that doesn't work. I'll check tomorrow to see if it is loose or burned.

Thanks, Spike!!!

Problem ended up being that the connection was dirty and a bit rusty. Cleaned it with WD40 and then packed the connection with dialectric grease. Reconnected it and all is fine.
