Is there a follow up thread on these Flow Koolers? I just ordered one. Am trying to find where to buy new bolts if anyone knows.

I should've asked this before buying .. but does the increase in flow increase PSI and put more strain on the head gaskets.

My head gasket job is old, like, really old.

There is a coolant leak dripping from the bottom of the window washing tube. This happened after I changed the Fan but did not change the clutch.

AB sells bolts, but they are bolts and washers and not even all metric. Truly dumb.

The best place I have found to buy metric flanged bolts is Bel metric.....

Not sure a new coolant pump would do damage unless the HG was about to blow out anyway. Seems unlikely. The pressure cap on the reservoir is 15 psi IIRC.

Coolant in the windshield washing tube? That doesn't sound right.

Water pump does not increase pressure on the head gasket. It can increase suction on the tube from the radiator, so make sure that is in good shape with no flat or soft spots that could collapse. Good to replace old rubber tubes.

For my D1, a kit of water pump bolts from AB was only fairly good because a few did not fit. Remember to seal the threads on the long bolts that go into the block water passages.

Are those the bolts for the water pump in the link?

It's dripping out of the bottom of the tank, where the tube connects. I installed a Doorman 620 fan but did not install a new clutch or a new water pump.
