Hello All,

Is any one running Fox Shocks Plus 2 Inch shock 721425 with Bilsteien springs?
These are on sale 15% off at Rovers North till July 4th. I searched but there were no results. I've have the Terrafirma 2" lift installed for about 2.5 years's, but not that impressed with the ride after having the Old Man Emu springs shocks.

We put medium terrafirma shocks and springs on our rover. The front sits higher than the back. I am looking for a heavy duty set of springs for the back to see if it levels it out.

Our ride seems decent and the extra 2 inches is nice

 

If you get a pair of the D1 spring seats ($16 total https://www.lucky8llc.com/products/spring-seat) you can install them on your D2 and gain an extra 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in the back.

 

Fox shocks are great no idea on the springs

 

Just putting this back out there. I have about 5 years on my springs and shocks. Thinking of moving to Fox shocks with a heavy steel bumper and winch. Plus moving back to Duratracs from 255 19" lower profile tires. Has anyone found a more supple spring that is good on the street and off-road. Bilstien or OME. I'm not that impressed with Terrafirma, they rattle out my fillings and are harsh with pot holes.

 

I’m the opposite. I went from HD OME springs In the rear that were way too stiff to the MD TF springs which made a much smoother ride.

 

@bosshogt Any spring with same spring rate will largely feel the same, I run Terrafirma MD and OME Nitro Charger shocks. As long a I air down to around 20 PSI and take it easy on speed it rides fine. On the hiway at 40 psi it is just a little harsher ride, even loaded but better fuel mileage.

I believe the OME are a little firmer
