Default Foxwell - false advertising or defective?

Less than a year ago I purchased directly from Foxwell a NT520 Pro. It has been helpful in diagnosing and clearing various issues, mostly ABS stuff. However I am stuck on a "RF speed sensor signal erratic" code that I have been unable to solve. While attempting to read the ABS live data, specifically the individual wheel speeds, I get "unable to communicate with vehicle" message when speed reaches 10 mph. Numerous service tickets with Foxwell, who now claims that it is an issue with the vehicle - some sort of safety function?? -- not with their scanner tool. I pointed out that their marketing material states that it will read ABS live data.

Any other Foxwell owners able to read abs live data / wheel speeds?
Do other brands of scanners read ABS live data?

that sounds accurate. Our shop level Autologic tool will also drop out at a certain speed. That is what rover did when they built the cars.

Now that you mentioned this, I think it's the same with my Nanocom where connection drops out after a certain speed.

My Foxwell does the same thing, drops communication with the SLABS over a certain speed. I have a thread on here somewhere describing my experience. I never found resolution to the issue.
