Default trouble with ABS kicking in at 60 mph

so I had my front near side bearing and all in one abs sensor changed, as it register worn.
after the work was done the ABS comes on if you brake between 60 to 65 mph
its fine at all other speeds, also the traction control comes on at the slightest thing, its all to do with the off side wheel.
we change the drivers side bearing as well, but still hasn't cured it.
any ideas please. my mechanic said he is having trouble as the diagnostic tester doesn't work at 60 mph.

If your mechanic doesn't have a Rover specific ABS capable scanner, you are just throwing money away. How many miles on the truck?
What you are describing sounds like the hub assembly was not installed correctly and actual codes need to be found so you fix it right.

The speed sensor emits a continuous sinewave related to the wheel speed. Loss of that signal will be interpreted by the compfuser as skidding on ice or wheel lifted from ground, or stopped

For the ABS to engage a wheel, is because sensed a wheel stopped.
I venture to say there is a bad connection from a sender in that axle. Check recessed pins in a connector, contacts corrosion.
