Default Foxwell NT510 does talk to the cruise control right?

Can someone confirm this scanner talks to an 02 Dii cruise control module? It's listed but fails to communicate with it.

I'm just curious what you are doing that you need to talk to the cruise control module? Are they Vin coded or something? (swapping one out?)

Was going to see if it registered input from the switches, would have been easier than checking manually. They seem to be dead, ordered replacements. About everything else electrical on this thing you can read switch states in software so I figured the cruise would be the same.
