Pretty sure the best way to do this is get a front and rear bumper with shackles. Since the bumper is bolted to the frame you now have front and rear tow points.....it'll cost you $$$ to get a commercial one (ie ARB) but if you have a good metal shop around you can probably get a similar quality one made just for you for half that.

Well, that's much cheaper than a new rear bumper.... now I just gotta figure out a front tow point. I'd hate to dump that kinda money into a custom front bumper at this point in time. I'd have to update the front springs due to the extra weight wouldn't I? Actually I think the rules for this off road park mentions frame mounted tow points. Could you argue that the receiver hitch tow point is frame mounted?
