Default Front Blower Motors Not Working

I have a 2000 Disco II that has an issue with the front blower motors. Neither the heat nor the A/C blowers work. That being said, if I set the temperature to the lowest point, cold air seeps through the vents. If I set the temperature to the highest point, hot air seeps through. The faster I go, the more air moves through the vents. Revving the engine doesn't produce the same effect. The fuses are good. What should I look at next? The switch itself? A relay? I need a little guidance.

At the same time, the fuse for the heated seats/vanity lights has started to fail occasionally. What's the most likely cause? I assume I have a short somewhere and I'm hoping it's not in one of the seat heaters.

personally; i would check the ONE fan motor for power, it is located below the glove box. remove the plastic trim panel, find the blower motor unplug it and stick a test light into it. but im kind of old skoll

I had the same problem. Drop the glove box and jump power to the fan and see if it works if it does check and see if you are getting anything out of the relay when you turn the fan on. Turned out on mine that the fan was good and the relay was good too. Problem was I was only getting switched power to the relay no constant 12v from the pannel under the hood. I ran a wire out to the fuse panel under the hood, added a fusable link, hooked it up and it works fine now. I read somewhere that the fuse panel under the hood can potentially fail. I did not want to go through the hassle of finding the bad spot and fixing it so fixed it like I said. Has caused no issue with draining my battery or anything.

I too had the same issue, except with mine the colprit ended up being a fried wire connector right at the fan motor, the motor itself was fine. It was easily identified once I looked at it and easily repaired.
Good luck!
