Default Front a/c blower motor not working

I have a 2003 discovery and the front a/c stopped blowing. The rear blows fine. I have checked the fuse, relay and made a jumper from the battery to the blower motor and it spins. Have i overlooked something?

Possible the control unit has failed, does it work on any speed?

no, it does not blow at all....however the back works and the control unit appears to be fine. would the rear air work if the control unit was malfunctioning?

I believe there is a separate rear control unit. Download the Rave CD and read up on the AC system.
