Default Front Door Locks NOT Working?

Hi Guys,

The front door locks are not working with the key fob nor the interior unlock/lock switch. All other doors work fine. I replaced the driver side door with a known working actuator and even replaced the fuse panel and still nothing. I'm getting the horn beep once when I go to lock the car and also the red light under the binnacle flashes steady and fast when in the lock mode. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Should have mentioned that it's on my 2001 D2 SE. I'm trying to fix it for the buyer, so I'm kind of in a hurry!

The driver door actuator will lock if I press the lock button twice on the remote, but it won't unlock with the remote and the passenger won't do either. It's not the actuator and it's not a fuse that I can tell. Is it the BCU? Are there any relays other than in the BCU? This truck only has 71,000 miles on the odometer.

I was getting voltage at the lock actuator electrical connector. One of the pins would be charged with 11.7 volts when the lock/unlock button was pushed on the key remote.
