Everything I have heard about rover cannibal has been negative. The best indy shop here in Tulsa says they are all crooks and will not order anything from them. He ships in parts from CA before dealing with them. Just a warning for everyone out there.

Wow, too bad their experience has been so poor. I have to admit, i'am not particularly happy that the job has to be done again. Pain to pull that actuator.

Pulled it tonight and tried to move the lever with my fingers while toggling the central locking switch, hoping to loosen/force it to work,but to no avail...grrr

Keeping my fingers crossed, they have been accomodating to me thus far. Time will tell.

Was it Car Cannibal by any chance? Had numerous problems, re-ships, significant added costs and a damaged part in the end that damaged my rims...

car cannibal/rovercannibal are the same. Crooks either way you say it. Not my personal experience, but everyone I have heard from with the exception of one person who was there at their facility, has been robbed.

Too funny Thanks! We will find out in a few days, they should get the old one on Wednesday.
Hopefully my working actuator will be here this weekend (wishfull thinking).

You were correct, car canabal is becoming a royal PITA!
Still dont have the correct part!
They sent me another one on Saturday, the wrong part.
Losing patience.

What makes it worse is that my wifes car is in for service, so we are down two vehicles. []

Ok correct part came in today.
Hopefully this one will work and fix my problem.
Will post results when installed...
