Default Front driverside not locking with central locking (acuator not the issue)

I know this topic has been discussed, and I've done a lot of reading on this forum and other sources, but I'm still coming up empty.

I have a 2003 Disco 2. The front driver-side door lock actuator motor responds weakly to both the central door lock button and fob. I have connected two used actuators to the wire connection and they respond the exact same way. It's clear that the actuator part is not getting full power. So, I believe the issue is a bad relay switch. I found system wiring diagram and it shows that there are 4 different central door locking replays located in what the diagram refers to as the "passenger compartment fuse box (under left side of dash)."

I assume this means the fuse box located underneath the steer wheel, but the use of the word "passenger" confuses me. When I look at the fuse box under the steering wheel, it does not look like the relay configuration shown in the diagram. I attached the diagram I'm using. Does anyone know where to find these relays? I'm hoping replacing the one wired to the driver side door will fix the issue. I have read replacing the entire circuit board may be needed. I'm hoping to start with the relay switch... Thanks for any help!

This was a good ??? Looked at the wiring prints in the pwr distribution section as well. Was going to throw out a guess they're solid state relays integrated in/with pass fuse box. Quick web search confirmed this.

At this pint you should be able check for a voltage drop on the relay outputs and if confirmed replace the box. Please let us know what you find. Thanks.

From fuse 1 in the passenger compartment fuse box the feed is connected to the contacts of
the four electronic CDL relays in the passenger compartment fusebox. When the relay
contacts are open they are connected on a B wire from the passenger compartment fusebox
to earth header C0017 LHD/ C0018 RHD.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to get in there with the multi-meter this weekend and see if I can find a voltage drop. I'll keep the thread updated.

This is key for me as I struggle with the exact same issue. I have yet to try a used actuator but I have one sitting in the garage.

If it's something as simple as checking for voltage drops at relays, I can handle that lol
