Default Front driveshaft and lift kits

Wondering what the options are as far as front drive shafts go when lifting to 4 inches? Im currently lifted at 2"
The kit from lucky8 includes the needed shaft. Is this the only option besides custom?
My google skills are failing me.
I currently have the great basin rover HD front shaft, waiting on a reply from them regarding its ability as far as lift and binding goes.
Anyone know offhand if its made for increased angles?
Been slow to get a response.
Thanks

It’s a double cardon shaft so it’s already going to handle the angle. Rovers North sells a blue aluminum spacer to increase the overall length of the front drive shaft. The drive shaft has a slip yoke on it so it will extend/retract some.

I’m running 3inch lifts on all my D2’s with stock length shafts & zero issues.

When you lift past 2inches your #1 problem will be the support bar directly below the front drive shaft. That bar is removed from all my D2’s and it hasn’t affected a thing. There are spacer blocks for sale for it, but it just creates a massive low spot to get snagged out on the trail.

When Tom woods made my front, i had questions about it being a little too short on the spline.

He told me that there was quite ample space to cover 2-4” lift. And furthermore claimed that at any time if I wanted to ever go taller and had concerns he would swap my spline shaft for adjusted length for little to nothing outside shipping cost. He explained in a way that made me feel this was a service you get with his custom driveshafts.

Bill at GBR has been one to really stand by his products with me, id be surprised if he won’t be very helpful for you.
