i am thinking yes,,,

the good news is that it is maybe a 90min worth of wrench time and pretty easy to do.

i did my passenger regulator in January. ordered my new reg from atlantic british and installed it no problem. its pretty self explanatory once you have the door panel off. which is also pretty easy in itself

Does the RAVE manual describe how to get the door panel off?

My rear passenger lock actuator is out, and my driver door window rattles when I turn up the stereo. Not sure how to fix the latter?

the rave should show you how everything is put together. really its easy,,, the door skin is held on place by some screws that are easy to spot. remove them remove the rubber strip that goes across the top of the panel where it meets the glass. and slowly work the door panel up and out of the door. unclip the wires to the speakers and window motor and the panel is off.

in the door itself you will see the regulator/motor and the bolts that hold it in place. get a flashlight and spend 5min seeing how it all goes together and you will see it is not a hard job. just have to think a little.

and as for the window rattle,,,

it could be a loose bolt in the regulator assy, causing a rattle or check the trims around the window to see if there are some missing areas causing the window to not seal tightly
