Window went down and would not come up. Tried to pull up and the window shattered. Had the glass replaced. Removed the regulator and assembly. Motor runs and gear looks good. Looks like I may be missing part of the assembly (window installer may have removed??). Is there a part that attachs to the arm (the half moon pc that has teeth on it) Thanks for any help..

 

Anybody have a pic of the arm assembly or is the arm welded on?
