Front prop shaft

Yeah I learned that when I did mine recently and is part of the reason I thought the shaft had been replaced as I saw the front zerk fitting and just assumed it had been replaced. I too thought the OEM shaft didn’t have any service ports, so I learned something here. As I said, thankfully it made it home 1200 miles but a vibration came very soon after getting home. Having the peace of mind of one with easily greased U Joints that were tight already is wonderful. I’ve done drive shafts on all 3 of my Discos over the years.

New TW front drive shaft in and new rear coupling installed.
