I think those are inspection plugs for your flywheel. You can find plugs like that in the plumbing dept at any hardware store. You can probably get them for $15 or $20 at the dealer. Or $2 at the hardware store.

Flywheel/convertor bolt access holes. grommets are dealer items $12. each. They swell up from oil deposits and are a byach to try and replace unless you use new.

I'm Assuming by now (4 years later) you've got this figured out. For anyone else running into this problem, put a socket on the Crankshaft nut and rested to wrench handle on the driver side frame using a cheater bar and just barely bumped the ignition. A quarter of a turn to break the seal and then it came off by hand super easy. I understand this a last option, but it worked beautifully for me
