Default Front Timing Cover & Timing Chain

Greetings, I have a 01 4.0 Discovery 2. I’m replacing the (with all new parts) Front Timing Cover, Timing Chain, Water Pump, Belt and all gaskets. My Front main seal is blown and have a huge oil leak. I have replace the front cover gasket about 3 years ago and know what to do. But, I was hoping someone can help me out on where I can fine the step to step directions and torque specs. Thank!!!!!

You probably have a plugged valve cover baffle, do the PCV mod and your seals and gaskets will stop blowing out. For the steps download the Rave manual (sticky at the top of the forum).

I did a really in depth write up in this a few years ago, with pictures. I'm on my phone so it's not super easy for me to get to, but if you go to the link in my signature it should be easy for you to find.
