There aren't very many more ways to remove a nut so maybe find someone with some *** to break the nut loose! Get a bigger cheater bar; an 8-footer should do it LOL. Right after you heat it up.
You would need a really heavy impact and high air pressure to do more than a 4-foot extension on a breaker bar. The impact will do more if you have the chisel bar and hammer the nut counter clockwise. This method applies more leverage and pulsation than a fitted socket. I know a tractor mechanic that uses the impact bars for EVERYTHING.i watched him change my ball joints on one wheel in 10 minutes with nothing but his impact.
I used a six foot fence post on a three foot torque wrench to get mine loose.
Everyone else says use an impact drill.

You can actually get underneath it and do work without looking like you passed a grease laden birthing canal.

Default Job complete :D

Man that was brutal!! The bolt finally came off, but had to use a 4' torque bar and lots of muscle power. Once that was off... used a puller to 'try' to pull the old hub off the half shaft - let just say that didn't go as planned. The puller mushroomed the shaft

Thank goodness I have a donor truck! Did the whole procedure again... on the donor (BTW it was way easier the second time ). Got the donor half shaft and then put back together.

Man... trying to get that nut to 360 ft/lbs WTF - not sure if I got there the torque wrench only went to 250 ft/lbs All went back together 'relatively' easy. The truck rides smooth with no noises - AWESOME!!

BTW this is what the ABS sensor looked like:

VERY impressive! I can't imagine even imagine attempting that feat I'm dealing with the same issue right now - having both front wheel bearings replaced this week. Your post gave me new appreciation for all mechanics do! Heck.. this forum gives me appreciation for all that mechanics do. Thanks for sharing!

Those hubs look nice! Shame to cover them up.

I hate to ask but you did notch that nut over the groove when you got it on...???

Charlie_V, you bet i did... thought it best that the nut not back off LOL - although I didn't remember until the wheel was back on, had to take it all off to get the angle to punch it.

LOL well that's why I asked... because I had to remove my wheel, too, and had forgotten... On BOTH SIDES!

Ok, so thought I was done.... NOPE Seems that the 3 Amigos are back - intermittent signal. Opened the hub - pulled the sensor and it was covered in some grease... cleaned it off and put back together. Now it's throwing the code permenently - is there such a thing as getting a bad hub? OR is it more likely the sensor is bad??

Not sure where to go next... assistance / opinions pls
