Default Front wheel speed sensor replacement :(

So, did the front wheel bearing/hub and everything was fine for about 500 mi. Looking at maybe a bad wheel speed sensor? But do you have to remove the hub again OR can it be replaced by pulling the wire through? Really frustrated - grrrr

Has anyone had similar troubles OR done similar replacement? Thanks for any help

Cheers!

I've done it before and I couldn't get it through either way (from inside or outside) without removing the hub.

I replaced one wheel speed sensor not long ago and didn't have to remove the hub. Remove wheel, caliper, rotor. The speed sensor bolts right into the top of the hub. You then wire it in near the ECU. Atlantic British has a good video on how to.

I couldn't get mine past the boot. But if you can that's definitely the way to go.
