Gauges and vacuum pumps are cheap and available for free use from auto parts stores. Getting a precise weight into the system is very difficult when trying to weigh little cans of r134.

You need to pressure test at least 150 psi for a good hour
than if it holds you evacuate to at least 4-500 microns
than you get a weigh scale get your jug of 134 a and weigh in charge

done
