Fuel Flap door

Hi, Do you have any idea how I can service the opening mechanism of the Fuel Flap door? It doesn't opens anymore. Thanks

In the owners manual they tell you were the emergency fuel door button is, it is in the cargo area and with it you can open the door manually.

can you hear it trying to open? or do you nto hear anything at all? if you dont hear anything the solenoid is dead if you hear something the little rubber clip has fallen loose and is holding it shut.
