Default Fuel Sealant

Does anyone know a good reliable sealant that will work on the fuel pump lines in/out of the fuel pump housing.

I had mine apart recently, replaced all the fuel lines from tamk to engine bay, but I have a small leak where the metal lines feed tru the top of the housing. The two part epoxy I tried had a little seepage. The motor ran fine, but a minor wetness seeped thru the epoxy I used. I have cleaned it off and was hoping to give it one more good try before purchasing a new fuel pump.

Anyone know a good fuel sealant. All help appreciated.

You can try Seal-All if you're just trying to temporarily fix the a problem....

...it worked great on a crack in my FJ40 fuel pump and held up for about 6 months before I upgraded to an electric fuel pump. I didn't drive it very often, but it did seal up a small crack very well. Plus the price was right for the temporary fix.

Not sure I'd trust using it on my Rover, or if it would even hold up against the pressure in a newer electric pump?

I decided to go ahead and get a new one. Rover's North had a Pro Line for a little over $100. With the associated fittings, shipping and 3 of the white plastic Headlight Adjuster pieces, it was $150, so I ordered it all today.

I have used jet fuel cell sealant in the past, but hard to get anything good it seems.

I'll have a working sender with just a leaky top to toss in the pile of removed parts.

It will be nice to get this saga completed and start a new chapter of Disco Adventures.
